Description: The museum will be open on Remembrance Day. The Bells of Peace ceremony begins at 4:45 pm.

Bells of Peace
Host: Didsbury Historical Society
Description: As a remembrance of those who served in wars, volunteers with the Didsbury and District Historical Society will, once again, lead an initiative to have bells toll on November 11th. Bring candles or flashlights to help light up the night. Limited guests on yard, but there is room on the sidewalk in front of the museum.

Gather at Cenotaph
Host: Top Note Music School
Description: A brief recognition gathering beginning at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 will be held at the Didsbury Cenotaph. Bill Jepps, Royal CDN Navy (Ret), WWII will be in attendance with bugler, Major Teena Wilks (Ret). Mr. Jepps will tell stories or poems, Ms Wilks will provide the music accompaniment. Members of the North West Mounted Police Band Commemorative Band will also perform. Parking is available in the Hospital's Visitor Parking lot. Standing room, or bring a lawn chair. Thanks to the Zion Church for the use of their PA system. "At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them."
