Fall Band Concert
Host: Didsbury High School Band
Description: It's been two years since we were able to hear our Didsbury High School Bands in concert, but we get to this year! It may not be in-person performances, but it is still going to be fantastic! Didsburians love their music, and have a special place in their hearts for our award-winning high school bands. The DHS Fall concert has always been held the second Wednesday of November and this year's program is jam-packed full of great music once again, on November 10th. The concert will be Live Streamed on YouTube and features the Grade 9 Concert Band, Grade 9 Jazz Ensemble, the Evens and Odds Jazz Ensembles, and the Symphonic Winds. The Live Stream will become active at approximately 6:50 p.m., with the actual concert beginning at 7 pm. Please note: There will be no admittance to the high school - the concert is online only. Click here for the DHS Music Fall Live Stream Concert on YouTube didsburyhigh.ca/home/news/post/dhs-fall-band-concert Please note that the livestream will be down for a few minutes between groups to allow time to reset the stage and change ensembles, but you should see program information rolling until the livestream resumes. The Didsbury High School Music Program is dedicated to enabling students to achieve excellence in their musical experience in Jazz Bands, Concert Bands and various ensembles under the direction of Kirk Wassmer.
Location: Via YouTube - 7 pm
