Knit and Natter
Host: Didsbury Municipal Library
Description: Join a group of friendly crafters for an evening of crafting and conversation. There's more than one way to spin a yarn! Every Wednesday, 6 pm at the Didsbury Library. Bring your own tools and supplies. This is a casual get together for anyone who likes working with yarn and fiber. Drop in anytime in the evening, and leave whenever you like. This is your chance to meet other people who enjoy your hobby and exchange notes and stories. Beginners welcome, we look forward to seeing you!

Solar Energy 101

Description: This free session will discuss and answer your questions about grid-tied and off grid solar. We will talk about how advances in this technology are driving down costs and when solar makes financial sense. We will also touch on the electrification trend in transportation and how to future-proof your energy plan. Presented by Tony Stolz, of SWC Solar. Tony Stolz is a certified management consultant specializing in alternative energy. SWC Solar's mission is to drive down the cost of solar in Alberta by working with consumers and industry on innovative solutions. Deadline to register: January 8th
