Let's Talk
Host: Carstairs Public Library
Description: Come in and LET'S TALK at the Carstairs Library! Join us for a showing of the documentary, Never Too Old, followed by a group discussion. There is no registration required so just drop-in and enjoy! The documentary follows Olive Bryanton, who lives in Hampshire, P.E.I., through her PhD studies at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI). She's outspoken about her research, activism and purpose. She wants attitudes to evolve, older generations to be respected and knowledge to be gleaned from older people's experiences, particularly with regard to aging healthily and independently. And she wants each individual to realize they are capable of great things at any age.
