Olds Fall Classic
Host: Olds Regional Exhibition
Description: ORE and the Fall Classic Beef Committee extend a special invitation to all seedstock producers to participate in the annual beef cattle showcase held the first weekend in October. Breed Shows highlight the following breeds: Black Angus, Blonde, Charolais, Hereford, Limousin, Red Angus, Shorthorn and Simmental as well as the Stars of Tomorrow Jackpot Calf Show. Each of the deserving Champion Bull and Female winners, adjudicated by professional reputable judges, are eligible for Alberta Supreme at Farmfair and RBC Beef Supreme Challenge at Agribition. Advanced Line Dance
Host: Olds and District Evergreen Club
Description: Advanced class - dancing to line dance music without instructions. Membership "The Olds and District Evergreen Club" (50 years and up) and $ 1.00. Suitable for those who danced last season. For sure you are more than welcome to come out and have a look when you are interested

Out of School Fun
Host: Didsbury Out of School Care
Description: No School? No Problem! The Town of Didsbury offers a Full Day Program on no school days. The fun is endless with daily themes, swimming, skating, games, crafts, and outdoor play. Limited space so book early! Designed for children ages 5 - 12. Cost: $45.00 per child Call Didsbury Neighbourhood place to register at 403-335-8719. Please make an effort to send enough snacks with your child to last them throughout the day including their time at DOSCA. You may also send non-perishable snacks that can be left at DOSCA for your child.

Babysitters Course

Description: Is your child ready to start babysitting? Help them to become a Certified Babysitter with the Red Cross Babysitter Certification Course. $55 per child. For ages 11 plus. Registration deadline is Friday, September 27th. Prepayment is required to register.
